Review and approve
Proposals, agreements and each milestone come to you in The Lab. You read them, ask questions, and approve or request changes in writing, so every decision is on record.

Chat with your team
Project chat keeps every conversation and file in one place. Passwords are shared through one-time secret links, never as plain messages.
Ask the Lab Assistant
An AI assistant that knows your project. It answers questions, looks things up and suggests changes, but never changes anything until you press Apply.
Change your website yourself
After launch, Website Updates puts a chat beside your live website. Click the part you want to change, describe it, check the before and after, then publish. Every change can be undone. $20 a month on its own, or included in our care plans.
Pay online, safely
Invoices arrive in The Lab and by email, and you pay on Stripe’s secure page. We never ask for or store card numbers.
Private by design
Only people you invite can see your project. Sign in with Microsoft, Google or an emailed code, and each person sees only what their role allows.
AI, INCLUDED
Help when you
want it.
A monthly AI allowance.
The Lab Assistant and Website Updates come with AI usage included each month: $10 on any project, $15 with Website Updates or Care, and $25 with Care Plus. You can see exactly what you have used, and add more if you ever need it.
You stay in control.
The AI suggests; you decide. Nothing is published, sent or changed until you approve it, and every change to your website can be undone.
